The relentless advocacy for workforce wellbeing was not easy in 2025. This report is a celebration of what Do Good Leadership Collective made possible in a year that felt unbearable.
It also reflects so much of what we’ve learned (and unlearned) about wellbeing—namely that a commitment to wellbeing requires vulnerability in leadership, courageous action from those with power, and a willingness to experiment together.
Finally, this report honors all that 2025 was, and affirms what we know to be true in our heart of hearts: wellbeing sustains social impact. Thank you for taking the time to read about our impact, and for believing that wellbeing matters!
